Owned and operated by Geoff Clayton and Sam Tutty, Clayton Tutty Construction specialises in delivering quality residential projects including new builds, all types of renovations from modern architectural additions to the restoration of old bungalows and villas.
As a company we are big enough to take on multiple projects but still small enough to offer a service which sees either Sam or Geoff onsite every day overseeing each of our projects. Our growing team of experienced people includes project managers, site foreman, carpenters and a range of apprentices. We take great pride in teaching our apprentices the trade while they work on your project.
We understand that when a client commits to doing a big project they can often be daunted by the fact this is often new and can be quite scary. From the first time we meet right through to the completion of your project we believe that open communication is the most important aspect of making your project a success.
We will listen to you and we’re excellent at talking through options while keeping a close focus on the two most important parts of any build process, quality and cost.
